Really struggle with starting fast after being still so no surprise that the first one went to pot. Finished it but started having an attack at the end (haven’t had one in ages). Managed to get myself back under control but that was my chest gone for the rest of the reps. Got progressively slower but still fairly fast considering my lack of intervals.
Managed hill sprints much better so that’s a positive:)) can only get better!!
Got proper shakes from my inhaler now hehe
