Really not very well so dropped down to the short which was such a fun course
Oscar forgot his torch so he used my good one and I had to use my half charged spare ... which didn’t last and died in the woods but no big deal was going so slow anyway

Back to feeling exhausted and not being able to get out of bed easily - slept 12 hours last night and still tired
Hopefully I’ve just done a bit too much the last few weeks, so I’ll cut it back and see what happens
