Legs are very tired from BUCS and then session on Sunday so aim was to just to each rep slow and steady working on my form
Each rep was pretty much the same so very happy
Pushed a bit more on the hill sprints but still not as much as usual speed

Highlight of the run - Louise ran a 2:59 km, went swimming and to the pentlands all in an 11km run (good one garmin)
