Failed core attempt
Was very shaky after the run, but have been shaky all week. Maybe a mixture of not eating enough this week, new steroids (FINALLY!!!), and just over doing it slightly
Food wise am trying a couple of weeks of no gluten to see if I feel a bit better, anytime eating bread or pasta had such a sore stomach and felt sick:( seemed a good idea at the time but realised I eat a HUGE amount of bread... trying to find new snacks
