Note

Nice big week came quite easy, hoping to keep up a slightly bigger average now
Might get back to s+c next week, can probably start again on the legs but trying to limit any tension through my chest so might avoid core for another week or so, we shall see

Note

Asthma review after taking strong dose of steroids for 2 weeks, not looking good:( they should have had a much bigger impact, and I should be able to run without my blue inhaler which I still can't, cant up the dosage so giving it another 2 weeks to see if it will eventually kick in
Nurse said she didn't know what to advise if this didn't work so finger crossed
