Finnish championchip sprint race qualification+warm ups. Easy with one route choice mistake. Didn't run that fast saving for the final. Placed 5/45. 30 got qualified.

Sprint final. Went well ,felt good. Placed 3rd. I wouldn't trust the heat rate because my watch takes it from the wrist and those numbers seem low since I didn't have practice on during warm up or cool down.
