Here again, unfortunately no appetite from the rest of the pack so had to force myself out for that one. Was fine once I got going as usual.

Having some new hurdles to go round in the first few lanes so decided to not do the planned k reps and changed to time. Happy enough with that even if I have no idea about paces. Big day in the bag.
