National Champs Sprint - 1st

Felt sluggish on the warm up but I think it could have been the 30C rather than actual fatigue. The course was as expected nothing crazy with a few long legs with loads of barriers. Pick a route and run hard for a long time kind of vibe. Apart from significant route choice miss on #1 (+20s), few small wobbles of 3-5s due to car parked in front of controls and not spotting them or having terrible bearing in the park section.

Happy enough with the weekend, nice bit of confidence even if realising that I would have been smoked both days on the British scene.
