Feeling tired and lacking bit of motivation this AM - felt alright during warm-up but only managed 4 miles before deciding to stop session early - working v hard to maintain pace but felt more function of global fatigue (skiing plus fairly average quality sleep all week) rather than the slight increased pace from last week when I felt much better and more motivated before the session.
