2hrs specific endurance session - clockwise loop of Skiddaw from Underskiddaw car park with descent down Cumbria Way. Slightly inconsistent intensity on uphill due to a few up/downs waiting for Nat T to catch up but generally tempo effort. Felt good and enjoyable. Approximate numbers due to GPS failure. No poles or fueling during.

Great workout - really enjoyed being in the hills. Feeling energised this AM. Bit sore in quads from hill sprints yesterday.

Session at Dumyat - slightly variable terrain but generally good trail at approximately 10% gradient on average - steeper sections nearer top but all runnable. Different start points to try different terrain (reps 2 and 3 to summit).

Slightly longer than programmed as missed training yesterday due to short notice trip to London and delayed flights etc. Felt reasonable today. Enjoyed the hill sprints.
