Feeling reasonable today. Steep and consistent climb to start with - approx 1200m/hr for 30mins then undulating and descent. Legs were quite tired after initial effort but ran it all despite being quite steep in places. Fun descent on narrow and muddy track.

Devil’s Burden Relay Race. Tired this AM following nights. Felt reasonable running but definitely a lot of central fatigue. Enjoyable course with up and then down. Muddy and very windy.
