Good quality long hill rep session from Glencorse reservoir to post on Harbour hill via kissing gate. Reasonable muddy and gravel steady incline trail - steeper from kissing gate but still runable. Legs felt quite tired but all three reps consistent (170m ascent). Porridge breakfast at 0730, handful dried fruit at 1000 (at start), gel at 0:55.
