Out and back run along canal towpath from home.
Inside R ankle by achilles sore when woke up, but no discomfort when running.
slight discomfort in chest when inhaling during run.
Felt good.

Out and back run along canal towpath from home.
Inside R ankle by achilles sore when woke up, but no discomfort when running.
Felt good and unintentionally picked up page towards end recording 4:30-35/k splits.
Bad night's sleep.

Lunchtime work run at nature reserve. Felt good. Lower back still sore from Sunday's gardening, but no pain.

Lower back stiff from day of raking leaves, sweeping paths and painting fences (gardening x-training).
R knee sensation of tightness present, but no pain and doesn't affect running.
Inside R ankle by achilles sore when woke up, but no discomfort when running.
Bad night's sleep.
