Maarstrict day 2 bit tired from yesterday walk direct to start from hotel
Garmin height off ? urban area slow mins per km maybe too cautious at the tricky start
Poor mins per km running speed but was backing off a bit and got hot at the end and only 12 hours rest
Control pick at beginning ok
, slow identifying control description at 14 and bad route at 19
Slow finish long way down but could have run faster only in the red for 33 secs as compared to yesterday
