Lovely clear day very windy was going to go anti-clockwise but better usual way in wind ,struggled once again up the hill a little but better than last weeks migrainous episode ,saw the hunt starting to prepare and the laying of the scent ,protected from the wind on the way back ,saw John ward but andrew way a head ,also note time includes warm up and stopping to talk to women to confirm hunt coming ,all in all better than last week and legs I think just normal pains?kms faster too lap 5 5-13 ?six 5-35 7 stopped 6-00 8 5-42 nine 5-38 ten 5-38

Easy run which did feel good, no leg pain, in harlestone firs long wait for 4 golfers to tee off half way around as treefelling meant had to change route when I when under the railway .Very pleased but run inating about coronavirus and how it might impact on the whole of the UK and foreign travel

Warm up once around playing field ,then 8 reps of 6 and another lap warm down ,good session does seem to be much better than treadmill

Slow short run again changed my mind about running ,new policy and resting up,did not follow that and leg(s) hurt again and still now at 11pm was so pleased yesterday

Jim appeared training for Stratford half marathon ,too muddy for him really ,new parking at borough hill ,cattle chewed up grown,run along road to norton ,then very muddy through to B road ,canal daventry country park detour as working on bridge,through south brook up hill to finish further along than I realised Pleased as felt ok leg holds up sore but cope
