Short with andrew as so tired from yesterday and feel another cold coming on !do not feel so bad very slow only two km under 6 ,four and five 5-55 5-53
Andrew has sore for do good idea for shorter one ,big storm tomorrow so probably will stay at home

Retry leg as seems to have freed up from all with mum,it holds run steadily warm up a lot ,worry about tyre pressure in hire car ,get to red flag at tor’s point ,should have a done this run but cheers me up

Decide to go and see snowdrops at senwick Wood ,recent felling spoilt site ,took lots of photos of tragic grave stones ,then take new forestery road back to brighouse road ,Wood in the high part is much better ,in fact most runable forest in this part of Scotland,narrow wood but would be good for out and back o,felt better than when I started but lovely down hill finish so that might explain that ,slow Kms even with pauses

Jog out of glenkiln reservoir on a lovely day up bishop hill forest big cairn with a trig point did not get across to communion stones monument too far ,only light work after the last 3 days,top 392 metres quad bike tracks helped

Run from brockhall canal bridge lay-by with ned on a fine morning ,ran up to Leicester branch which I made 5 km there but 5.2 back ,found the last 3 km hard work and breathless and struggled ,but completed 3 hard days in a row so pleased ,time slow considering flat all the way

Orienteering race 1:03:24 [3] 6.86 km (9:15 / km) +210m 8:01 / km

Distance is measured as per garmin straight line was 6.1 ,did blue nearly did green as ran long yesterday but did not feel too bad
1 did this well 4 .2 got too low. 21
3 spotted control in field when I got some people sayin* it was not there reassured Chris 7
4 not as straight as I wanted Walton chaser girl appeared as stayed together for the rest rest of the course off and on 12
5 better higher16
6 did not find path but forest ok (13)7 did not see it (13) was wrong apparently 8 lost time too low and doubled back(8) 9 ok (12)10 ok (14)11 ok (18)12 a lot of debate but control not in the White but on yellow edge(21)
13 got badly tied up trying to get had to double back and go up(30)
