Really enjoyed my run in harlestone firs ,a bit extra hills on bike tracks ,felt better than the last few days ,start to question gluten!

Starting poor run at start in bucknellunpleasant dog attacked us again ! Decide to go to silverstone as bridleway would be muddy ,Was ok for a change ,
