Globe farm ,bottom pocket park very muddy bridle way then excellent to Watford ,,Jurassic Way ,Silsworth lodge ,good track to road then muddy again up hill straight to church back ,pleased felt better than last week

Not keen ,andrew walking ,do long copse and two copses plus a few hill reps and once around playing field to get to 7 km ,slow but felt better than expected ,garmin is totally off with hill climb
