Right heel sore to start then varied during walk ,rain then cleared ,Nobottle,harpole ,some horrible mud puddles,Upton ,path by new estate,Upton way ,,country park ,lunch on bench ,kislingbury sun out ,nice track back except mud bath ,home,foot very sore later

Decide to run later as harlestone would quieter as weather turns awful ,correct see very few people ,mud free run along bike tracks aim for at least 5 km min but do 6 km odd heel pain came on as I started ?why ran with it but sore later

Do hamstrings between tress means each distance longer ,seemed to do stiffness form yesterday good,meanwhile ,Andrew romps around 5 km !

Forecast rain does not come ,in fact mist clears and a lovely day warm ,ned ambushes me says four miles ,end up 12 km ,no dogs run to canons Ashby ,and lovely valley back to tracks top up to 12 km ,hear the yellow hammer and sky lark
