Demotivated ,cannot go from house ,drive to MH too many cars end up at fawsley .Terrible up the hill and along ridge towards 361 ,Sian nearly as quick up the hill walking ,But go into wood along my favourite top path to get distance up .Heart not happy ,but did have an excess of caffeine

Nene way out of earls Barton ,heavy rain stopped quickly ,down to a 45 ,then under water path ,get to nene and walk to cogenhoe lock ,back then along nene all the way to a new build grand designs house,bridle way back to earls Barton ,through big village/ town ,swans were amazing flocks in fields ,20 bird types ,sunny at end

Disappointing time but first try on the short for a month ,testing foot,sore at 1 km wears off ,last three km s better but last one is poor 5-42 ,very strong cold wind ,surprisingly felt ok after yesterday

Run out of fawsley past hotel up path then tried permissive path for the first time to the A361,bigger Wood than it looks from the road !back and around badby woods ,slow going ,reward coffee and bacon bap
