Could not face morning run ? pork pie disagreed with me ,start out bunce run ,feeling awful ,at least andrew went more slowly helped me get to Whilton ,then turn into the very cold east wind getting down but a first world problem,when is that going to stop ,plod back ,to meet the queuing folk for fish and chips ,felt improved at the end

Bunce run ,started fast for me at the moment ,got to sheep field and found grass horrible then struggled all the way back ,andrew went back down the hill and along the road ,,beat him back but a struggle ,fastest effort for a long time ,but seemed to have really lost a lot of fitness ,thighs hurt now ,foot improved

Fawsley,badby down 361 ,horrible ,then interesting road to bridle way ,not marked dead end ? Turn right up to arbury hill track ,back to badby ,into the woods up the knob ,back to bacon and egg buttie ,coffee in garden of the hall ,weather at last warming up ,however left thigh started hurting as we started ?why foot improved!

Start out with andrew,not keen ,really feeling lack of motivation,need to orienteer again.Anyway foot holds up well with the new ASIC s ,andrew goes on to whilton me up the long copse all slow ,thighs hurting why ,but at least did it ,wait around nad have a chat
