Kenilworth urban on map run 6 ,nice evening ,feeling AT so not running well,
Poor no 3 ,did not see route under bridge to 4 struggled up hill with no grip
Saw Sian off to the righton the way to 6 ,sleepy coming out of 9
Think I picked off 12 to finish well albeit slowly
Good fun ,strange doing a lateral flow test ,enjoyed Tony’s courses shame not more there ,beauty of map run no controls to nick and non to collect in ( or put out),wonderful odd to be the fastest did not not feel it.

Run up fawsley hill into pocket wood ,then badby ,bluebells at there best fantastic,slow run pauses to look at views

Run andrew ,bunce run ,then changed plan as field been harrowed and it was sticky so followed andrew on longer run ,his hamstring went lots of delays ,heavy going .
