Not much time again ! So 10 times 2 sprints in playing field and some outdoor gym had a hard session yesterday

Cold rain showers, decided against rob hill top Cawston map run
Started without a warm as needed loo all the way around
Warmed up by 4 ok until 6 to 7 lost time crossing crossable fence maybe 30 secs should have cut corner 8 to 9 could have been straighter to 11 17 did not cheat although big gap in hedge
17 to 18 gap shut should have gone back to a gate which you could climb but thought it would be wired anyway ran all the way around the block
Rest ok
Ran medium which means I run faster kms 6-04 slow start 6-48 because of fence 5-56 5-35 6 -23 because of blocked route 5-49
Felt better as course. went on odd
Another enjoyable map run event

Nene way out of riverside repeat of walk done with sian ,this time Ned getting car serviced so time to kill ,dull run really with some interest followed followed by mcplant burger good and cappuccinos very tired after yesterday

Get to start out of breath ,at Telford event after rush from station ,change to the start
Steady 1 to 4 good route 5 ok 6/7 but bad route to 8 thought would avoid some climb ,cut in a bit early on the way to 9 ,10 almost went wrong ,should have taken more adventurous route down steep slope to 11 ,ok 12/13 ,lost time 14 route to west better,15/19 ok slow uphill to 20 ,21/22 ok terrible route to 23 why run straight in urban events in the woods ok 24/25 /26/27 /28/29 some people lost time I there is a clever cut through to finish lost time
Ran very hard lost 2 1/2 mins purely on route choices poor
