Good treadmill session started 4/90secs 4/60 secs 6/30 secs to get to 4 km speeding up each one by slight amounts starting at 5-30 down to 4-20
Felt good

Usual session but no progress at all

Friday May 24 #

Run 40:00 [2] 5.0 km (8:00 / km) +25m 7:48 / km

Multiple laps of playing field with Andrew Kegs bad again stiff , took along time to warm up but got to 5 km which is something

Thursday May 23 #

Run 25:00 [2] 3.2 km (7:49 / km) +20m 7:35 / km

Easy jog across fields stopped by a load of frisky calves so just went up to long copse and round , very windy and cool felt quite good for a change left leg less sore

Wednesday May 22 #

Treadmill 4/30 secs then 10/1 min at 4-30 left upper leg sore whilst running then later walking Was going to just do 4 1 min but went up to the ten pleased

Usual but must do more planks finding them hard

Great run from coop out of WH past football field to church charwelton
back along Jurassic way and then right across fields then through housing estate using the paths , back to better running

Monday May 20 #

Multiple dog walks as two dogs better than nothing too tired to train

Sunday May 19 #

11 AM

Run 40:00 [2] 6.0 km (6:40 / km) +50m 6:24 / km

Pleasant run to two copse and loop to long copse to get to 6 km
Multiple pains in legs especially left knee until warmed up depressed left knee hurt then right then thighs , started to run a bit better
