Definitely struggled with the workout today, but I got better as it progressed. To start, it was really hard getting the right effort on the run back and I felt really sick. The hill loops really took a lot out of me and it was rather difficult keeping the effort up while also going up the hill. The last 1km was really good, I kept pushing and ran through the pain.
