Legs were pretty tired, especially on the long uphills. Dropped off the end of the group and ended up running a good portion alone. Near the end my legs felt better and was able to get them moving more efficiently.

Definitely struggled with the workout today, but I got better as it progressed. To start, it was really hard getting the right effort on the run back and I felt really sick. The hill loops really took a lot out of me and it was rather difficult keeping the effort up while also going up the hill. The last 1km was really good, I kept pushing and ran through the pain.

The warmup and first loop felt pretty good, my legs felt very light and I was able to stick with Beeman and Paige the whole time. On the half loop hard my legs instantly felt like they couldn't move. It felt like I was putting in more effort than I should've been considering that I wasn't running incredibly hard.

Ran with Beeman for the workout. The first interval felt really good, I felt smooth and relaxed while running. It got pretty grindy near the end of the second interval but stuck through and kept up the whole time. Felt really good afterwards (no pain of stiffness anywhere).
