At first wasn't the happiest with the workout, definitely felt like I was fighting myself. But, looking back on the time I ran when I first got here, I ran over 3 minutes faster! Good improvement

It was pretty hard keeping up on this one and definitely felt as though I was fighting myself

The beginning of the tempo was good, felt pretty light and was able to keep pushing the pace once it got comfortable. The last 5 minutes felt pretty grindy and had to just keep holding on until it was over. A little chilly out today.
