Felt very tired on the first 30 minutes, had trouble getting my legs to turn over. Afterwards, was a bit off in the pacing of the 1km. Flew through the 200s and felt like I got up to a saturday effort by the end.

Was a bit windy but that made for a nice run on the way back. My legs felt quite tired off the start but once I started running and got into it, the run got a lot easier

Felt quite groggy and slow on this one, had some trouble turning my legs over but it got better as the run progressed

The workout went okay, was having some trouble breathing off the start and felt some pain in my stomach. Nonetheless, still got the work done and didn't let how I was feeling effort the amount of effort that I was putting in. Focused on staying relaxed and running with good form

It was a bit windy going out on the run which made for a nice, easy run back. Felt really good off the start, it got a bit hard in the middle and then by the end I was going pretty quickly. Knees were a bit sore from running on the cement
