75 minutes outside biking

felt really long but good, still no pain

20 min warmup, 20 min steady, 20 min cooldown

was cruising off the start but i didn't really eat today so as a result felt pretty weak near the end

lots of balance with some core exercises in between as a break, felt strong and good

got my roommates to do this one with me, made the elliptical a little less boring. felt good and quick

hip mobility, push and sit, stretching

getting a bit frustrated not being able to run but trying to put the work in now so it's a smooth transition back. felt good, no pain

hard (as long as i needed rest)

felt really good, focused in off the start and got some good work put in

balance (3:00 left, 2:15 right)

worked on focusing during the biking, balance was pretty much painless until i started feeling the exercise

was going for 15 but felt some pain near the end so decided to cut it a bit short

15 minutes of 1 min hard 1 min easy
15 minutes easy

not bad, a bit difficult focusing off the start but no pain so that's a win!
