felt relatively good, still weird running but little to no pain at all in the ankle

legs were feeling tired on the elliptical but really worked on focusing in and getting the work done

focus was a bit off while on the machine today and legs were feeling tired but all around good, happy to be running a bit more. easy 1 min after everything except the 3s and between sets (took 2 min then)

a lot better than monday, still have the slight pulling feeling on the inside of my heel but it went away the more i ran

felt good! was happy to run even if it was for just a small amount. no pain when on the elliptical
