focus was a bit off but all around good

been a relatively busy week so it's nice to relax and be able to focus when working out instead of worrying about school, felt nice and quick on the bike

was really excited to be running warmup with the team. ankle was hurting quite a bit so ran the tempo loop easy (which was faster than the time I ran at my first practice back? what was I on that day?)

3 x 3, 2, 1 fast with 1 minute rest and 2 minutes between sets

really distracted today but still put the work in and got it done

drills, balance (6 min per leg)

decided to hop on the bike for this one because the elliptical sucks, felt good

Monday Oct 5 #

quick run to check things out, felt really good and no pain in the ankle

felt nice and quick on the hard parts and was really focused today

no pain, felt good

15 minutes easy run

got my roommates to come out and join me for a short but easy run to test out my ankle long term. felt decent, there was a bit of strain here and there but nothing painful
