nice run back in tbay, wore shorts and oh my gosh my legs were not used to that feeling. no ankle pain though!

all around good, ankle felt fine. happy to be running

ankle was sore a bit near the end but all around good. iced and stretched loads afterwards

all around good, no real pain

20 minutes biking

quite boring but got the work done

Elliptical 20:00 [3] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

20 minutes elliptical

decided to hop on the elliptical to help alleviate some boredom, felt good

all around good, tempo was tough to get into but once I was there it felt good. ankle hurt a bit afterwards
