Wanted some off road training but didn't want to go all the way up Clougha so ran part way up and did some hill reps. Reps were very short but steep and pushed a bit far on the last few so had to walk back down some of the way. 216 cal

Straight up and down Clougha Pike then along Rigg lane and up the farmer's track. Felt some tension on the arch of my foot on the lane so slowed briefly and carried on, though not quickly as my calves were sore. First 5kms were fast, 4 of the last best part of 6 were walked as I met Mum and sister who were walking. 699 cal
