Did around 50min and strides.. watch died when I was out.

Felt good, starting to feel the mojo coming back. 3 runs a week is good for me at the moment, lets me fit in some.

Really enjoyed the session, it was tough and I was one of the slowest but everyone waited after each rep. Think there was 3 long reps, 3 short and a little sprint.

Went for an easy 60..

Happy to get 60min out, felt ok, ankles ok, bit low on energy.

I'm so unfit at the moment though, but I'll get there
