Took the dog out on the harness, off plan as I had 60 moderate left to do but decided to ease off. Although I haven't done any big milage it feels good to get consistency going again. Got a massage booked for today,, then I can't run until next Wednesday due to Mrs working away. Will do some strength stuff at home

Away from Friday so I'm trying to ensure I get all my sessions in.

Need a bit of practice with fartlek, I went to fast on a few sections and needed a breather. Some decent sharp climbs on the route that I out some effort it.

Really enjoyed the session.. felt strong with each rep. I have two hills that use, one steeper than the other.. I went for the less steep one. Once I've built up a bit I'll move to the steeper one. Felt my form starting to come back as well.

This was meant to be 60min moderate... But wife had to go to work and dropped Efan off earlier.

Shin splints has started to come in and struggled... Picked up the effort after they started to ease.
