Had the dog for first 30min but happy with strong finish on progressive.

Hills on a progressive run is hard to judge

Hill reps session with Eryri Harriers. 3 long , 1 short and 1 sprint.

Off plan I know, but it's good for motivation and I want to keep going to get to know more of the gang.

Felt easier than last time I went, fitness is creeping up again.

Smashed the sprint section to pass everyone... Got a decent Strava segment haha. Maybe I should race on track haha

Managed to leave work a bit earlier and got a run in. I was struggling a little bit to start with after a heavy weekend but grew in to the run.

Really happy to have pushed the distance a bit. Route had a few decent climbs
