I felt extremely weak and low energy from very early in this run. Not so much the legs, just generally. I had not eaten enough and I think I had stressed myself out.

20 min uphill and easy jog back to start.

2.74K was completed in the 20 mins... I don’t think this can be very good. I had a couple of meltdowns, I felt like crying at one point haha. Hoping I get more used to these and better at them!

This evening I went for an hour 20 mins easy hike! Just making the most of my freedom whilst I have it. I didn’t put it on my watch but I think 6K and 250m elevation.

Another day not feeling very good. I had pain in my lower legs during the first 30 minutes. I then did the exercises but I had a considerably tighter left hamstring so I decided the hill sprints were possibly not a good idea.

I then did another 30 minutes easy.

I felt good today, so much better today. I went out to do 60 but did 80. I ran on non-technical trail by my house.

Legs feeling a bit worse than yesterday actually. Very stiff afterwards.

Recovery massage and then cryotherapy recovery trousers.

My calves were really badly tight. The physio mentioned possibly the need for ínsoles.... not heard this before.
