!0x 1' with 90 R Max Power. Was dead. Legs stopped working after efforts - had to sit for 5 min after.

HR didn't drop below 140 during rest because I had to run back down the hill.

Hard to meet HR because very sore from recent plyos. Also, got interrupted by cars a couple of time (had to pull off to the side).

Elk hooves. HR started at 168 for the first half and was maintained at 173/175 for the second half.
