Did intervals - was painful and disappointing
Quads still feel super strained and are hard to innervate.
Pace was substantially slower than I was hoping for and I continued to drop off throughout the intervals. I'm just gonna keep blaming my injuries so I feel better about it.

- Easing my way back into elk hooves
- Took Bear to keep me company as I did the intervals - was pretty fun
- It was colder than I realized
- sweat froze onto my face coming down the mountain - was freezing
