Jog a bit to see how it reacts, after 2 days without running, went ok, disconfort in the same part but while the time went on and i wasn't as focus, in the feeling of my calf, as the begining the disconfort decrease.

Will wait until tomorrow to see how the claf is.

Went to run because i was feeling well and yesterday's run wans't bad. Running al went well, after finish a bit more of disconfort, won't run tomorrow.
