Threshold work as I haven't done too much lately, I was tired even though I slept well. I felt tight at the beginning and then at the end, but at the end in both of the hamstrings, that's good because it wasn't worse in the right but there was something in the left one. Felt really unfit in this session. On friday I was having better feelings running faster. It was shorter and resting jogging a lot slower but I was runnnig at 3:00min/k NGP

Jogging a bit longer, feelings aren’t worse than yesterday which I will accept as an improvement. Downhill the worse feeling of tightness and tension.

Same as the other day but shorter, because I did something at the morning and felt not too fresh in the legs. But I was doing it faster the way up, more coordinated. Don’t like the physio of blume which is treating me and how she is doing it. She is doing things which I know are wrong, I told her and she did deaf ears.

I wanted to do bike before going to physio, but I wasn’t feeling pain walking. That’s like giving me wings after the stairs of yesterday’s afternoon
So though “why I don’t try to run slow a bit and see how it feels?”. Didn’t felt as bad as other day but I still feel the pressure. Went out with a podcast of communism as entertainment to don’t think about it.

Boooring, my HR doesn’t rise over 100 even though my legs are burning.

Stairs, in that move hamstring is okey, the way down it was a bit worse but I can handle, and at least I was outside and I sweat something.

The stairs has 15m of elevation. Did 10 walking and then when I saw it was under control, 20xUp(down) ~20x20”(45”)
I suffered as it is an anaerobic lactic effort that I’m not too used. Reaching around 96-98%of my HR in the last 10. Can’t complain at least I managed a session with real effort.
In my way back home, walking, I almost fell twice because legs were empty.

Went to the doctor, big edema in one of the hamstring muscles, no running for some days and try to reduce as much as possible the inflammation. No running not because that pain is too much, because in a bad move with the amount of pressure that I have inside muscle it can tear up something and that would mean a lot more time resting.

I was going with Ana on the bus and started to feel weird things in my hamstring, while jogging, it didn't get worse but it was painful in some moments and I could notice that it was really stiff. No double run today and straight to the doctor tomorrow morning, would it be the same as some months ago? no please.

Doing the exercises wasn't always horrible, but randomly I felt it, not doing an exercise of it or moving the leg. Ex: walking steps 5, 12 and 40.
