Super chilled run/walk. Just testing the foot on soft sand so limited impact. Running/walking intervals. Just slowly building back up strength and focussing on technique with higher cadence. Also first input on attackpoint! Going to switch from strava cause don't like the social media kind of feel, and this allows me to track sleep and notes and everything and I don't know anybody on here!
