Could definitely have been faster on a proper course without having to weave around people, but glad to get below the 20 minute 5km at the very least.

5x4 minute intervals, 2 minutes rest. Didn’t really get to,go full 5km pace during the intervals because it was night and really dark and slippery so slowed down for safety at times.

Orienteering Race 1:04:33 [3] 9.6 km (6:43 / km) +70m 6:29 / km

Not too bad and only very slight nav issues over entry and exit into control. Other than that it was just that I didn’t feel great and ran quite slowly on the paths when I should have been faster.
