Just bad.
Rough start on 1, kind of got into a rhythm then but still a few mistakes. And then I came to 16. I spent 25 minutes looking for it but couldn’t find it. Might have continued if ,y legs hadn’t been so tired after yesterday, but just headed back.

Said I would run a half marathon because the run in the reeks was called off based on weather. Aimed for sub 1 30, and just about got there.

Might have been slightly faster only there was a strong headwind, and half the descent was in one kilometre. Felt surprisingly okay while running, although my legs were consumed with lactic the moment I stopped.
