My feet suck. Walked the entire thing except for a couple jogs randomly and for the last leg to the finish, which I full out sprinted because I thought it would be funny to be in dead last but get first on that one split.

These arch supports aren’t good for volleyball but we’ll see how they fair tomorrow out orienteering. Will definitely be taping up the feet in preparation for inevitable blisters. After a week of volleyball I feel a tiny bit more fit for Saturday but I’m still going to be s l o w even if my arches aren’t burning - and if they are there will be walking.
