Transitioning into normal walking as tolerated. I'm trying to get out of the boot fully this week, though I'm likely still going to be wearing it to the gym. Pushing off with the foot can be painful so I'm fine to use crutches to practice getting a normal gait, especially when I don't have any other support on my ankle. We went through some mobility and strength motions because the stiffness of the boot has definitely had an impact and my muscles have forgotten how to move.
