Wanted to try this out because I thought it might be a good way to get back my walking/running motion besides just normal walking, but I’m going to talk with my pt before doing any more
Have been walking with an ankle brace and no crutches for the last three days. All the pain I've experienced is everywhere but the injury location, so I suppose that's good. I think my calf has finally loosened up and my muscles have remembered how to step.
