Body feeling good this morning - hips, shins, calves good-sore from proper use, tendon not upsetti spaghetti from brisk walking pace and the big uphill portion of the course yesterday

Pretty park. Wasn't miserable because Lincoln Park is mentally engaging with its complex trail network combined with lots of vegetation variation.
At 5, vegetation was confusing me and I couldn't identify the supposedly distinct vegetation boundaries. Intuition had been right but of course I said "nah" and added fifteen seconds of wandering to that control - we'll call it the scenic route
Also, was I just the only one that didn't know the wiggle path down to 3 was all stairs -_-
Update: okay Will had the same leg on his course and he went the same way so I slay
