Note

In today's Sport Express (Russia's daily sports paper), page 8 (out of 8), lower right-hand corner (first 7 pages were World Cup soccer and the 8th page heading said "NBA: New Jersey Nets and Lakers to Meet in 2002 Final"):
"Orienteering: Arlon. Valentin Novikov from Kursk won the silver in the A group at the first stage of the World Cup which started in Belgium. Igor Klimov from Moscow and Julia Syedina from Perm each won the B group. The 2001 park orienteering vice-champion, Mikhail Mamleev, had to do with 11th in the second division. There are 17 individual and team stages in the Cup. Between June and October, events will be held on orienteering courses in Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Hungary, and Czech Republic. 99 men and 75 women from 26 countries compete in the two divisions."
Not that bad, except they couldn't even get the hero's hometown right.
