Orienteering race 1:01:08 [3] ** 6.8 km (8:59 / km) +460m 6:43 / km
ahr:167 max:175 spiked:18/19c (sick) shoes: Integrators

BAOC B meet at Shell Ridge. Started OK. About halfway through the course, got sick. The feeling was that of an extremely full back of the head and neck, with blood vessels about to pop with every downhill step. Still unsure if this "event" is much similar to either the neuronitis symptoms, or the three hyperventilation (?) instances in 2004/early 05.

Things quickly got back into normal after the finish. Didn't feel tired at any point on the course, or afterwards. I measured the BP as I got home. Sample 1, after BART and walking: 147/85. Sample 2, about 2 minutes later: 136/77.

Note
(sick)

The right Integrator disintegrated on the final downhill, stage for the the major rot set back in NH and the evil deed complete once I didn't get them out of the backpack until this past Friday. Fortunately I had a remaining right Integrator from an earlier pair (bought in 2003 in Tambov). Will continue to track this pair of two survivors under "Shoes: Integrators".
