5×1200 (actually 1207's) with 400 rest (an extra half-lap in the end). Did the first one, felt great, did all that was planned. Except I forgot shoes, so did it in trainers. Except after the second interval, I was so fed up with the trainers that I took them off and ran #3 in socks. It would not have been a bad idea at all, had I practiced running barefoot beforehand. One bone in the right foot hurt a lot but mysteriously stopped on the third lap of #3, so #3 was 83 91 83. I put the shoes back on for #4 and #5.
4:07 4:11 4:17 4:12 4:18. Average 4:13 which is 1.7 seconds faster than the desired for 57 Vdot. Not bad for the only meal of the day being breakfast.
